Shake & Bake Automotive LLC Service Terms & Conditions

Mobile automotive repair & diagnostics

1. Authorization to Repair

By scheduling service, the customer authorizes Shake & Bake Automotive LLC to perform the requested repairs and diagnostics listed on the estimate or invoice. No additional repairs will be performed without customer approval.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and approved electronic payments. Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of services or collection actions as permitted under Missouri law.

3. Diagnostics Disclaimer

Diagnostic services are based on symptoms present at the time of inspection. Due to the complexity of modern vehicles, additional or underlying issues may exist that are not immediately detectable. Diagnostic fees do not guarantee identification of all vehicle problems.

4. Pre-Existing Conditions

Customer acknowledges the vehicle may have existing mechanical, electrical, or safety issues unrelated to the requested service. Shake & Bake Automotive LLC is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing conditions discovered before, during, or after service.

5. Customer-Supplied Parts

Parts supplied by the customer are installed at the customer’s risk.
Shake & Bake Automotive LLC provides no warranty on customer-supplied parts. Labor charges are non-refundable if customer-supplied parts fail, are defective, or incorrect.

6. Limited Labor Warranty

Shake & Bake Automotive LLC warrants labor performed for 30 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
This warranty applies only to workmanship and does not cover: Parts failure , Normal wear and tear , Abuse, neglect, or misuse , Overheating or lack of maintenance , Related or unrelated components not serviced
Warranty is void if repairs are altered or serviced by another party.

7. Rust, Corrosion, & Seized Components

Due to vehicle age, mileage, or environmental exposure, components may be rusted or seized. Shake & Bake Automotive LLC is not responsible for breakage resulting from normal and reasonable removal procedures.

8. Road Test Authorization

Customer authorizes Shake & Bake Automotive LLC to operate the vehicle as necessary for diagnosis, testing, and verification of repairs.

9. Appointment Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a service call or diagnostic fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shake & Bake Automotive LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of income, or towing costs related to vehicle failure.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service, authorizing repairs, or submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
